Job Description
This role will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations, and merchandising teams, as well as other cross‑functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.). You will be reporting to senior management to navigate from strategic to tactical issues. You will be a strong advocate and work relentlessly to ensure the cultural principles of the organization are practiced.
What you will be doing- Support the Senior Management in Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review, and Implementation Support for the Management Team involving planning, organizing, and partnering with business stakeholders to align with business strategy.
- Assist the senior management in compiling data and documents in order to prepare reports and presentations in Korean for the South Korean counterpart teams.
