Role Description
ICM is hiring a Strategy Director to support program strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across ICM’s core programs.
This role sits within ICM’s Global Program Strategy team and works closely with senior program leaders across health, livelihood, savings groups, education, and values. The Strategy Director will help translate organizational priorities into clear plans, practical tools, coordinated workflows, and actionable follow-through.
