We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager for Marketing Platforms to support the Strategy & Planning team in driving digital transformation, marketing-technology adoption, and strategic planning efficiency across Pan-European Marketing Communications. The role provides a hands‑on opportunity to learn how business performance KPIs, data, and technology come together to improve marketing impact. It is a developmental position designed to build future capability in strategic project management, KPI analytics, and MarTech innovation. Though you won’t manage people in the role, you will partner with your manager and continue to deliver a high‑impact function, with exciting projects that enable better outcomes for the company. The role also supports B2B CRM areas in email customer retention activities for B2B businesses by coordinating with European business stakeholders, reviewing performance results and continuously improving its operation.
