Overview:
The Strategy & Planning Manager owns the analytical and intelligence work that informs Maya's leadership decisions, from recurring competitive and market intelligence outputs to corporate strategy formation. The role is primarily analytical, but the person is also expected to lead or support strategic programs when needed, bringing the same rigor to execution as they do to insight.
What you will do:
- Own and produce recurring intelligence outputs, targeted at ManCom and executive leadership
- Monitor the competitive landscape continuously, tracking competitor moves, product launches, campaigns, financial results, and regulatory developments
- Analyze peer and competitor financial statements to assess balance sheet strength, loan quality, profitability, and digital momentum
