We are committed to shielding customers from unsafe, illegal, controversial, or policy-violating products, while enabling our Selling Partners to offer a wide range of safe and compliant products. We intend to achieve this on a global scale by, (1) Enabling Safety and compliance through a science-first approach to provide customers with trustworthy listings, (2) Validating safety and compliance of products listed for sale via high sophisticated proactive and reactive controls and compliance, (3) Creating user-friendly tools to simplify the compliance process for our Selling Partners, (3) Actively engaging with external stakeholders to build public trust in our dedication to customer safety, (4) Disincentivizing bad actors from participating in our stores, and (5) Innovating to reduce operational costs.
