MyPT is looking for an experienced and results‑driven Stretch Expert to lead and expand our Stretch Trainers division across MyPT locations and On‑Demand services in the UAE.
This is a leadership role — not just a trainer position. We are looking for someone who can build, manage, and scale a professional stretch department with strong operational and coaching standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Stretch Trainers
- Develop stretching, mobility, and recovery protocols
- Ensure high service quality and client experience standards
- Lead trainer onboarding, education, and performance management
- Support operational growth across all locations and On‑Demand services
