Minimum Qualifications
- The Structural Designer must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of this role at the level described above. Experience requirements are provided as general guidance and do not substitute for demonstrated capability, performance, and readiness for the level of responsibility.
- Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
- Minimum of 5 years Revit experience
- Excellent interpersonal leadership skills and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 15 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
- 8 years of Revit experience
- Experience with SmartPlant and Tekla
- Experience using Navisworks and Bluebeam
- Experience designing traditional steel and concrete structures
