Job Description
Sr. Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the structural design and coordination of residential and mixed-use developments, including high-rise and medium-rise buildings. The role requires strong technical expertise in structural analysis, modelling, and detailing, along with team supervision and compliance with authority and international design standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Interpret architectural requirements and deliver efficient and practical structural design solutions.
- Perform structural analysis and design for gravity and lateral systems using appropriate software tools.
- Ensure alignment with Structural team standards and technical expectations.
- Liaise with for submissions & approvals.
- Prepare design sketches, inputs, and technical data for CAD/BIM teams.
