This is a first shift opportunity and **the pay rate is up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Erect and install structural steel components
+ Connect steel beams, columns, girders, and other structural members according to blueprints and specifications
+ Bolt, weld, and secure steel components in place
+ Guide cranes and rigging crews during lifting and placement operations
+ Install metal decking, stairs, handrails, and miscellaneous steel components
+ Verify alignment, ensuring it is plum and structural integrity of installed steel
