Experience Level: 4-8 years
Role purpose
Deliver assigned structural design packages end-to-end (modelling / calculations / documentation) with defined supervision, ensuring code compliance, quality, and coordination.
Key responsibilities
Own design of assigned elements/areas (RC/steel) including modelling assumptions, load paths, and design checks. Produce clear calculation packages and design notes suitable for internal review and downstream use. Maintain design records in line with company QA/QC procedures. Coordinate with BIM/CAD: resolve clashes/constructability issues; ensure drawings match calculations. Interface with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design constraints and maintain programme.
