Job Description

Structured Finance Lawyer (Contract) – In House – London (Hybrid)


We’re currently working with a leading global investment bank that is looking to bring on an additional lawyer to support its structured finance team on an initial 6-month contract.



This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with a strong finance background to gain exposure to a broad range of complex transactions and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.



The Role



You will be involved in a wide variety of structured finance activities, including:
  • Supporting transactions across securitisation, real estate finance, fund finance, and other structured products
  • Working closely with structurers, traders, and internal stakeholders
  • Reviewing legal documentation, due diligence materials, and legal opinions
