Job Description
In the »« department, we develop technologies aimed at improving machining processes. We utilize numerical simulation approaches to investigate machining processes.
As a student assistant, you will support our team in the development and validation of simulation methods for predicting residual-stress-induced part distortion in aero-engine components. You will also assist with experiments in our state-of-the-art machining facilities.
The position involves 12 - 17 hours per week on-site at our institute in Aachen.
