We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Students Care Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our student care centre. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment while supporting students' academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
Guide and assist students with their homework and spelling
Maintain discipline and implement classroom management strategies
Plan and conduct simple enrichment activities
Monitor students' progress and behaviour
Communicate with parents when necessary
Assist in daily administrative duties (attendance, basic records)
Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in any field (Education-related preferred)
Prior experience in student care / childcare / tuition preferred
Passion for working with children
