C. Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provides Case Management:
- Reviews and triages incoming reports to the SSRR Office.
- Manages all incoming academic integrity reports; provides guidance to faculty on case specific academic integrity issues.
- Works in co-operation with other College administrators as required to conduct sensitive assessments and generate student files
- Manages and supports the early intervention and resolution of student behaviour issues, student-to-students complaints, and interpersonal disputes between students.
- Provides confidential consultation and coaching to staff, faculty, and administration in the management of student behavioural issues; assist with the development of strategies to address complex behaviour issues.
