Overall purpose
The Student Caseworkers collaborate to ensure that all student casework is managed promptly and fairly, in accordance with the processes of Regent College London and its partners. This includes handling academic appeals, student complaints, disciplinary matters, and other related issues.
General duties and responsibilities
To have oversight of student casework, enhancing the student experience through rapid resolution. End-to-end management of a set portfolio of student cases, including, but not limited to, collecting evidence, preparing case files, completing relevant paperwork and coordinating communication between parties, ensuring that all necessary information is available to panels, committees or hearings as appropriate for the fair and efficient conside...
