Seeking a dedicated individual to support students' holistic development through after-school programmes, mentoring, and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, plan, and implement after-school programmes for academic, character, and enrichment development
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resources for activities
- Mentor and guide students in their social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Monitor student attendance and engagement in programmes
- Provide basic counselling and support for academic and personal matters
- Work closely with teachers, HODs, counsellors, and student support teams
- Support school events and engagement initiatives
- Prepare reports on student participation and programme outcomes
- Minimum O-Level qualification or above
