Job Scope
- Supporting late-coming students
- Running inhouse suspension and detentions
- Supporting pull-out programmes
- Patrolling canteen, basketball courts, field and classrooms during recess and lunch times
- Patrolling and managing students during CCA period.
- When incidences happen, to conduct investigations and support students via the Restorative Practices approach.
- Supporting any other programme that works to support the development of at‑risk students.
- Good and clear communication skills to interact with students and teachers
- Have prior experience in enforcement agencies, to provide comprehensive case management and disciplinary support, via a restorative practice approach.
- Display traits such as service excellence, has a service-oriented attitude, is meticulous with details and efficient in meeting work deadlines.
