Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Student Development Team (SDT) in student management and case management matters.
- Supervise students in holding rooms, detention, and in-school suspension programmes.
- Assist with student interviews, statement-taking, and case documentation.
- Support selected students with additional needs (SwANs).
- Review CCTV footage and maintain case management records.
- Conduct regular patrols of school premises and surrounding areas to ensure student safety and discipline.
- Support school events, excursions, and operational activities as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by school leaders.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a school environment, youth work, security, social service, or related fields preferred.
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills with teenagers.
