Job Description
Job Scope
- Provide emotional, behavioural, and pastoral support to students.
- Offer one-on-one guidance to students experiencing emotional or social challenges.
- Support student well-being through active listening, restorative practices, and de-escalation strategies.
- Monitor and follow up on students' attendance, behaviour, and overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student support and interventions.
- Respond to student incidents and provide immediate emotional support during crises.
- Support social-emotional learning (SEL) and student well-being programmes.
- Work closely with school staff, parents, and external support agencies where required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related discipline.
