+ Achieve 100% Enrollment on the 10th Day of School: Ensure all grade levels (K-8) are fully enrolled by the 10th day of school, meeting specific enrollment goals.
+ Recruitment Strategies: Develop and execute recruitment strategies targeting families with school-aged children within a 5-mile radius of the campus.
+ Marketing & Outreach: Implement a comprehensive marketing plan, including social media campaigns, community outreach, off-site presentations, and partnerships with local organizations such as daycare centers, housing authorities, and community centers.
