University degree in mechanical engineering, preferably in product engineering or business and engineering/electrical engineering with above average resultsExtensive knowledge in all fields of production engineeringGood understanding of complex production and logistics processes, as well as of data and information flows.Interest in questions concerning the idea of LEAN management and its various wastesGood command of English and GermanProficiency in MS Office programsHighly committed, ability to work independently, excellent team work skills
