- Administer students’ admission, withdrawal, course completion, and attendance tracking.
- Manage the front desk, attending to walk-in customers, students’ enquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests.
- Respond to email and phone enquiries related to courses.
- Coordinate various school administrative matters between different departments.
- Provide assistance to the Dean and Lecturers as needed.
- Assist in ad-hoc departmental responsibilities such as student events and outreach, Student Orientation, Graduation Ceremony, etc., when required.
- Engage with students by checking on their well-being and showing care and concern.
- Serve as the primary contact point for students.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
