Position Summary:
The Student Services Executive plays a key role in supporting the smooth and effective delivery of the school’s Academic Programmes and student support services. This role requires a balance of independent initiative and team collaboration, handling both routine responsibilities and ad hoc projects as assigned. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager. However, when involved in a specific project, the Project Leader will serve as the reporting superior, and performance appraisals for that project will be conducted by the Project Leader.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support for Student Services:- Manage all matters related to Student's Pass (STP), including but is not limited to submissions through the SOLAR system, STP appeals, updates, and renewals, communication with ICA and student guardians
