Job Description
Handle student enquiries via hotline, email, and service counter in a timely and professional manner.
Work with internal departments to resolve complex student issues.
Support international student pass administration in compliance with regulations.
Assist with student services processes including insurance, certificates, transcripts, concession cards, tuition grants, and claims.
Support mailroom and logistics operations when required.
Prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for student services.
Maintain and update knowledge articles based on process changes.
Participate in service improvement projects and initiatives.
Provide support for ad-hoc duties and cross‑functional tasks.
