Student Support Assistant
Full-time, Term-time
We’re working with a vibrant secondary school in Brent that’s on the lookout for a full-time Student Support Assistant to join their friendly team this September. You’ll support students across KS3–KS4, helping with behaviour, wellbeing, and learning access.
The role:
- Offer 1:1 and group support inside and outside of lessons
- Support pastoral care and student wellbeing
- Assist with learning plans and daily routines
The successful candidate will :
- Experience working with teenagers or in a school environment
- Calm, encouraging nature with solid behaviour management
- A passion for helping students succeed up to gcse level
