Salary: £24,454 pro rata (£20,667 per annum)
Contract: 38 weeks/37 hours per week, 1-year fixed term
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Student Mentor to join our Sport, Health and Education Faculty at Truro & Penwith College.
This is a rewarding role where you will provide pastoral support, guidance and mentoring to students, helping them overcome barriers and succeed in their studies and personal development.
You will work closely with curriculum staff, student services, safeguarding teams and external agencies to ensure learners receive the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a drop-in triage service, offering advice, guidance and support on a range of issues including wellbeing, relationships, finance and safeguarding
