About the Role
This role plays a key part in developing, maintaining and supporting UOW’s in house Student Management Package (SMP) and Future Student Systems. You will ensure system enhancements meet business needs, support high-quality student administration processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of core student systems used across all campuses.
Key responsibilities
• Analyse and translate business requirements into system enhancements and updates
• Lead end to end testing of new and upgraded system functionality
• Coordinate and support system implementations, including post release validation
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues across SMP
• Provide expert advice, training and documentation to system users
