Student Wellness & Care Navigator

Northern Valley Indian Health is seeking a Case Manager to support the mental health and wellness of students. You will provide case management, connect students with campus and community resources, and handle various student support tasks including crisis intervention.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work or related field, and relevant licensure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging with students and community partners.
