Studio Operations Manager
This role is central to the business, acting as the key link between instructors, customers, and
leadership. You will ensure that all studios run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently at the highest
standard.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote operational management with regular on-site presence across
our London locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Studio Management
• Oversee daily studio operations, openings and ensure seamless execution across all locations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and stock management
• Manage instructor cover, last-minute changes, and scheduling adjustments
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
