Our work spans private residences, hospitality, furniture, and bespoke design projects across Indonesia and internationally. We are seeking a Studio Operations Manager to help strengthen the systems, structure, and operational foundations that support our creative work.
Role Description
The Studio Operations Manager will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of the studio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, building systems, improving processes, and supporting high-performing teams. While the position is not design-focused, it plays a critical role in enabling the studio to operate efficiently and professionally.
