Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, do research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting.
You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the Finance field
- A University Degree in the finance field
- Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forecasts, etc)
- Experience in the real estate or private equity industry
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven track record of handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in project management tools
