Job Description
Purpose: Responsible for overseeing sub-contracting works such as obtaining supplies, materials, equipment or services within approved contractual tasks. Perform purchase order management process to all PMD parts such as, issuing purchase orders, confirmation of delivery of supplies for purchased and returned parts, and processing payment to suppliers promptly, etc. in order to ensure parts/services needed by the company are delivered on time based on specific requirements.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
- Purchase and monitor the on-time delivery of materials, components and services to meet the factory's requirements on part and services deliverables.
- Connect and interact with suppliers on the supplies logistics matter such as availability of parts, delivery date, lead time, mode of delivery etc. through conference calls, on-site meetings.
