Job Description
PGS Worldwide is seeking a Subcontract Administrator in Lexington, KY for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. In this role, you will support logistics and sustainment efforts across multiple programs and platforms with a global supply base. You will manage subcontracts throughout their full lifecycle while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.
Required Skills
- Experience in government procurement/subcontract acquisitions with understanding of global supply chain or complex procurement practices
- Ability to conduct data analysis, research, and support negotiations using multiple data sources
- Strong understanding of cost/price analysis and establishing negotiation positions
- Experience with proposal evaluations, price/cost analysis, and negotiations under FAR and DFAR regulations
