Subcontracts Manager (Temporary 18 months)
Victoria, BC or Ottawa, ON
Expected Salary: $67,021 to $83,776
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and awarding Subcontracts for Marine Sector, ranging from Technical Services, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and more.
- Evaluate opportunities to utilise and establish Standing Offer Agreements or other procurement mechanisms to facilitate efficient contracting and delivery.
- Work in collaboration with Project Managers to develop Work Packages, Statements of Work (SOW), Supplier Performance Measures and managing workflows through the approval process.
- Analyse supplier proposals, utilise source selection techniques (best value, total cost of ownership, etc.), establish negotiation and identify supplier risks/opportunities.
