Subcontracts Executive (Management Trainee)
Responsibilities
- Reports to Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Quality Procedures (QPs)
- Devise improvement initiatives on existing processes and procedures
- Maintain a list of reliable subcontractors through screening and registration
- Manage Subcontractor Banding System
- Liaise with internal department stakeholders and subcontractors
- Understand manpower loading requirements and map out subcontractor workload in consultation with the Production Department
- Ensure adequate information for subcontractor tenders
- Prepare commercial bid evaluations and negotiate with subcontractors when necessary
