Job Summary The Cybersecurity Incident Response Coordinator at Baylor Scott & White Health is responsible for leading and coordinating the organization's response to cybersecurity incidents. This role ensures timely containment, recovery, and communication with key stakeholders, including Business Information Security Officers (BISOs), while keeping business units informed throughout the incident lifecycle. The coordinator drives continuous improvement through lessons learned, strategic planning, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in incident management, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF.
