Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead the team, manage performance, build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Product PSI, Price Management, Manage Channels Sales Plan and manage incentives for sale members.
2. Report/Admin Management
  • Campaign performance analysis with an always-on approach to optimise Sales and Marketing efficiencies.
  • Post campaign report analysis – weekly, monthly campaign, Sales report, best practices etc.
  • Weekly/Monthly Sales update.
  • Developing & gaining internal alignment all across multiple functional teams in the company.
  • Execute sales and marketing activities in consensus with HQ.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Digital Marketing, PR & Social Media/ Corporate Marketing teams.
