Success in managing or strong experience in a subscription‑based businesses, demonstrating strong revenue generation and customer retention capabilities.
Strong understanding of subscription metrics, cancellation analysis, and customer lifecycle management.
Exceptional commercial insight and negotiating ability
Ability to use data‑driven insights to inform decision-making (with the analytics team).
