REPORTS TO: Building Administrator, District Administrator, or Department Supervisor/Director
+ High school graduate or equivalent
+ Working knowledge of practices, tools and materials used in the cleaning, minor maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment
+ Self-starter, able to work alone
