Position summary
In the absence of the full-time classroom teacher, the substitute teacher delivers instruction, manages the learning environment, and monitors students.
Role qualifications
- Must hold a valid Illinois Substitute Teaching License (SUB), Professional Educator License (PEL), or an Educator License with Stipulations (ELS).
- Must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
