Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System solutions. This role partners closely with HR, Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑focused learning platforms that support organizational growth and regulatory requirements

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Location: Remote (But prefer consultants from OHIO)

Pay Range: $55-60/hr on W2 contract

  • Lead end‑to‑end SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
