MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Degree / Diploma
- Min of 3 previous years’ experience in sugar cane & timber farming
- Experience in growing sugar cane
- Computer literate
- Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively
- Ability to speak Zulu
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
- Maintenance orientated
- Valid driver’s license
