Essential Functions
Iowa Sports Management's Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining a safe environment in and around the pool area. They are responsible for the safety of all members/residents using the pool, including vigilant observation of pool users, enforcing all pool rules and policies, and performing lifesaving duties in accordance with American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification standards. They must also identify and respond to all emergencies quickly, professionally and decisively in accordance with ISM procedures, and administer first aid and CPR as required. Daily attendance is required.
