Job Title: Summer Program Counselor - Shared Spaces Program (formally known as the Autism Summer Program)
Location: Waverly, Nova Scotia
Reports to: The Summer Program Counselor is accountable to the Summer Program Coordinators
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Term: 22 June - 28 August + paid training hours prior to program start
The Shared Spaces Program is an inclusive day program designed to support persons with disabilities who may have experienced exclusion throughout their lives. Through meaningful community involvement, relationship-building, and experiential learning, the program promotes inclusion, social connection, and disability awareness within the broader community.
