Job Description

EF Malaga Junior Summer School is looking for a team of four live-in junior summer residence staff to assist in providing the best experience in a fun yet professional manner to our youngest international students, who are between the ages of 13 and 17. Are you interested? Keep reading!

Join us in Málaga in summer 2026 for an amazing six- to eight-week work experience in hospitality and customer service. You will acquire invaluable skills to help shape your future career. Make friends that will last a lifetime while gaining experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume school over the summer. 

You are

  • Minimum age: 21 years old 
  • Fluent in Spanish ( C1+ level) and English (B2 level). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Looking to expand your experience within EF and the hospitality industry
  • Creative and energetic with common sense 
  • You work well in a team with little supervision and accept challenges head-on....
