Summary
The Concrete Superintendent is accountable for planning and executing multiple concurrent concrete operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on spec, on schedule, and without rework. This role is ideal for a superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship and has led concrete scopes at scale.
Primary Scope Of Role
Concrete Operations & Execution
- Lead self‑performed concrete scopes including curb & gutter, sidewalks, barriers, slabs, foundations, and associated works.
- Plan and supervise multiple crews across concurrent sites with varying production volumes.
- Coordinate forming, reinforcement, placement, finishing, curing, stripping, and protection.
