Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will leverage your capacity for innovation and problem-solving to lead field operations to ensure an exceptional project is delivered to our clients. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work ensuring compliance with contract documents and the project schedule while also implementing a culture of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work of either a total project or a particularscope, trade contractor, or portion of a project
+ Implement a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors and conductregular safety inspections to ensure all work conditions are in compliance with company, contract, andgovernment regulations
+ Create and manage a plan to successfully sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials andpersonnel
