Job Description
Qualifications BSc Honours Degree in Geology Registration with SACNASP (Pr. Sci. Nat preferred) Minimum 8 years’ relevant mining geology experience At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role Sound knowledge of mineral resource estimation and grade control practices Strong proficiency in geological modelling software (e.g. Datamine, Micromine, Surpac, Leapfrog) Extensive experience in open pit mine geology in a senior or leadership capacity Proven expertise in resource modelling, reserve estimation, and geological database management Demonstrated experience in the administration and management of complex drilling programs Sound understanding of open pit mining operations and production processes Must be declared medically fit for duty
