This role oversees electrical and fire alarm retrofit projects within an AWS site, with some programs including mechanical scopes. The superintendent develops and executes cost-effective project plans, coordinates field activities, and ensures all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The position follows a 40-hour workweek, typically starting at 6:00 or 7:00 a.m., and is expected to support an initial 6–8 month workload with potential for additional projects.
