About the Job
Responsible for the overall management and technical operations of Company’s Ships. This includes overseeing the daily operations of maintenance and repair, budgeting, survey schedules, onboard general assessment of vessels, inspections, and docking.
Ensure the assigned vessels are technically operational or otherwise managed accordingly to the management agreement requirement, to ensure that the fleet technical performance is safe, efficient, reliable and in line with operating targets and applicable regulations and standards within the assigned department.
Job Specific Accountabilities- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the dry fleet department strategic plan (from a technical perspective) to ensure the alignment with ADNOC strategy and provide advice on technical matters to shipmasters/chief engineers and others as required.
